PSC SmartRoof System is a cold applied, seamless acrylic elastomeric roofing system. The white topcoat, PSC 4010, performs with an 84+ radiative UV rating, which when compared to a dark roof, can reduce air conditioning costs by approx. 33 %. The liquid components of PSC SmartRoof System are environmentally friendly, containing less than 20 g VOC's per liter.

Uses

-     For flat roofs or roofs with grade.

-     The liquid components, PSC 4009 BaseCoat and PSC 4010 TopCoat, can be applied directly over asphalt, metal, plywood, polyurethane foam and concrete substrates.
