PSC GraniteShield 112 is an industrial floor system which is composed of an epoxy primer, PSC 2001QuartzSet or PSC 2300 Industrial Epoxy to be used as a binder mixed with aggregate, and two seal coats.

This class of floors are engineered to be used in light and heavy industrial installations. PSC GraniteShield 112 floor system is also a system to use for rehabilitation of old debilitated concrete floor.

PSC GraniteShield 112 floor system is sanitary, seamless, durable and easy to maintain. This flooring system is applicable where a durable, heavy duty industrial floor is required. Designed with outstanding resistance to a wide variety of harmful chemical spills, PSC GraniteShield 112 system also possesses very good resistance to the wear of heavy steel wheeled traffic.

Nominal thickness, depending how severely the substrate has eroded, of this flooring system is approximately 1/8”.
